Chris Rosales

Contributor

Chris has owned 12 cars of questionable quality, is an experienced motorsports photographer, and a good all-around wrench. When he isn’t tinkering with his car in his home garage, you can catch Chris in the canyons around SoCal. He also hopelessly hankers for Euros, but he honestly knows he should get something Japanese, eventually.

Highlights

  • Expertise includes the automotive industry and car culture, automotive engineering and history, as well as photography.
  • DIY mechanic that considers an engine swap a weekend job.
  • Previous work experience: GTChannel, track day photography, drifting coverage, and odd jobs. Once worked in an Italian restaurant.

Experience

Chris is a fresh addition to the folds of digital media, having spent most of his career behind a camera taking high-octane photos for GTChannel, with freelance side work. He took up blog writing during college and used it to cover motorsports and deep-dives into engineering before joining Car Bibles in 2020.

Education

College of the Canyons, AA-T in Communications.

Fun Fact

When he is not nose deep in blogs about obscure performance hatchbacks, Chris is driving canyons somewhere for no reason and listening to a mixture of Motown, 2010s R&B, and Gran Turismo menu music. He is also an avid sim racer and motorsports enthusiast, taking up karting and track days as his preferred real-life hobbies. Chris also loves motorcycles and good whiskey, not at the same time.
